What Shipping Methods Are Available?
- In order to apply for a delivery or a local pick up, you would need to add a shipping address under your account.
- Our shipping is done via our independent courier company (Fastway)
- We charge a shipping fee depending on the area you are located in.
- If you prefer a local pick up (coming to our physical address), our system will send an automatic email once your order has been completed.

How Do I Track My Order?
You will be provided with a tracking code via email once the order has been shipped out and scanned by the courier company. You can use the below link to track your parcel in real time.
How Do I Place an Order?
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the lower-right corner of the screen and click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked to either create a new account or place an order without an account.
